The Clue Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DBDB EFEF GG

Life from sunned peak witched wood and flowery dellA
A hundred ways the eager spirit wooesB
To roam to dream to conquer to rebelC
Yet in its ear a voice cries ever ChooseB
-
So many ways yet only one shall findD
So many joys yet only one shall blessB
So many creeds yet to each pilgrim mindD
One road to the divine forgetfulnessB
-
Tongues talk of truth but truth is only foundE
Where the heart runs to be out poured utterlyF
Like streams whose home is in their motion boundE
To follow one faith and in that be freeF
-
O Love since I have found one truth so trueG
Let me lose all to lose my loss in youG
