Lycabettus Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDDDDEEDFDGDHI

Lycabett at every steep street's endingA
Is thereB
Surprising the eyes and ascendingA
Aloof pointed bareB
Into the bluest blueC
That ever the live lightD
Poured pulsing throughC
O spiring tawny caverned crested whiteD
Pine skirted LycabettD
Lifting above spread roofs this craggy heightD
What have you to doD
With the sprawled city's modern swarm and humE
You that have seen the ages go and comeE
From the first sun rise to the last sun setD
When Athens wore her wondrous bloomF
Her dateless violetD
You had no ornament nor dressG
And who had eyes for youD
Wild earth rude rockH
What history Only solitarinessI
