How To Make A Memory Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDBEBFBBBGHIHJFKF ELMLNOKO

The rain was ending and lightA
Lifting the leaden skiesB
It shone upon ceiling and floorC
And dazzled a child's eyesB
Pale after fever a captiveD
Apart from his schoolfellowsB
He stood at the high room's windowE
With face to the pane pressed closeB
And beheld an immense gloryF
Flooding with fire the dropsB
Spilled on miraculous leavesB
Of the fresh green lime tree topsB
Washed gravel glittered redG
To a wall and beyond it nineH
Tall limes in the old inn yardI
Rose over the tall inn signH
And voices arose from beneathJ
Of boys from school set freeF
Racing and chasing each otherK
With laughter and games and gleeF
To the boy at the high room windowE
Gazing alone and apartL
There came a wish without reasonM
A thought that shone through his heartL
I'll choose this moment and keep itN
He said to himself for a vowO
To remember for ever and everK
As if it were always nowO
