If You Are Old And Have The Shakes Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCCDDCCEEFFGGCCD DHICCCCCJ

'If you are old and have the shakesA
If all your bones are full of achesA
If you can hardly walk at allB
If living drives you up the wallB
If you're a grump and full of spiteC
If you're a human parasiteC
THEN WHAT YOU NEED IS WONKA VITEC
Your eyes will shine your hair will growD
Your face and skin will start to glowD
Your rotten teeth will all drop outC
And in their place new teeth will sproutC
Those rolls of fat around your hipsE
Will vanish and your wrinkled lipsE
Will get so soft and rosy pinkF
That all the boys will smile and winkF
And whisper secretly that thisG
Is just the girl they want to kissG
But wait For that is not the mostC
Important thing of which to boastC
Good looks you'll have we've told you soD
But looks aren't everything you knowD
Each pill as well to you will giveH
AN EXTRA TWENTY YEARS TO LIVEI
So come old friends and do what's rightC
Let's make your lives as bright as brightC
Let's take a dose of this delightC
This heavenly magic dynamiteC
You can't go wrong you must go rightC
IT'S WILLY WONKA'S WONKA VITE 'J
