| Bundled with switches and the cold ashes | L |
| Still holds for me in its unwavering eyes | M |
| The stinking shapes of cranes and witches | L |
| Their path slanting down the pumpkin's sky | N |

| Its stars beckon through the frost like cottages | O |
| Homes of the Bear the Hunter of that absent star | P |
| The dark where the flushed child struggles into sleep | Q |
| Till leaning a lifetime to the comforter | R |
| I float above the small limbs like their dream | S |
