I woke up
unusually early.
Dark clouds
swirled about at the
foot of my bed.
I tried to
blow them away.
I tried in vain.
So I returned to my
sunny world
under the
blanket.

Poet's note: I wrote this poem after a cold night when I was mostly wrapped up in my blanket. On awakening it just occurred to me!
I want to show that a sunny world can be in the mind too!
