Roses Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCAADDA EFEFDG

I send you here a wreath of blossoms blownA
And woven flowers at sunset gatheredB
Another dawn had seen them ruined and shedC
Loose leaves upon the grass at random strownA
By this their sure example be it knownA
That all your beauties now in perfect flowerD
Shall fade as these and wither in an hourD
Flowerlike and brief of days as the flower sownA
-
Ah time is flying lady time is flyingE
Nay 'tis not time that flies but we that goF
Who in short space shall be in churchyard lyingE
And of our loving parley none shall knowF
Nor any man consider what we wereD
Be therefore kind my love whiles thou art fairG
