When The Heart Refuses To Forget Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGHI JKLM NOPQQ REHST QUAVCW

There is a feelingA
that keeps returning uninvitedB
breaking my heart again and againC
even on days I swear I am fineD
-
I try to move forwardE
but memories rise like tidesF
pulling me backG
whispering doubts until I feel smallH
until I forget my own worthI
-
I ask myself how to survive this weightJ
why life feels so unfairK
why pain seems to chaseL
those who only wanted peaceM
-
I try to forgetN
but the past stays awakeO
fresh and sharpP
unleashing everything I tried to buryQ
Why does life press so hard on meQ
-
I search the sky for answersR
wondering if prayers still travel upwardE
if they are heard at allH
Every minute I askS
every heartbeat achesT
-
This feeling is heavyQ
heartbreaking relentlessU
and I am still learningA
how to breathe through itV
how to hope againC
how to healW
