simple attires are goodA
fancy mostly are the bestB
but who am I to be pickyC
I go for what I can affordD
-
cars are fastE
exotic cars are fasterF
I hope we do not forgetG
the point is to be safe while sojourning through lifeH
-
watches are always rightI
Rolex watches are never wrongJ
same yet differentK
both still tells the same timeL
-
shoes are niceM
sneakers and Italians are more profilingN
we walk same paths in itO
yet with both we find it hard to work in the other's shoeP
-
the poor man must be dumbQ
cos only the rich could we hearR
sir can you speak louderF
or do the Giants make you fearS
-
as it is we all can agree that the world is unfairT
it's difficult to hope in the other to deliverF
but I have come to a conclusionU
it's better to be content than to be greedy in other to contendV
-
so I believe in no one other than myselfW
so please I beg you do not criticizeX
you have no F ING idea what I'm doing to be aliveY
-
we forget easily that we brought nothingN
yet we act like we take them with usZ
so is all not vain at the endV
seven generations at most you still get forgottenU
yet it shags you like a hot chick u've just gottenU
so why do u have to bragas if it's eternalA2
sometimes you are lucky if anyone even found ur journalA2
-
so what's ur bearing I mean what's ur driveY
It be better to be useful when absent than to be useless when arrivedB2
well I wish for more in little cos I know all is vainC2
I'm truly okay with what I haveD2
which is why I ask not for riches but to be able to surviveY

Poet's note: The poem reflects on the emptiness of material wealth and the value of living contentedly with what one has. It contrasts luxury and simplicity to show that possessions do not define worth or survival. Ultimately, it urges self-reliance and acceptance, reminding us that all worldly things fade with time.
