Drunken Unrequited Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDF GHGI JGJK LMNM

my consciousness is slowly slipping awayA
like my love for the worldB
you I swear I can't do with awayA
like a knight with his swordC
-
I want to be very committedD
like a Christian to his BibleE
beside you forever I'll be seatedD
like a car idlesF
-
I'll burn away my fragrance to the gods to let us beG
and swim away lost in lovely dreamsH
just to show you we are meant to beG
I'll prove to you by every meansI
-
which is why I'm heartbroken to hear of your lovely demiseJ
you said you don't love meG
that your love for me is as far as the world to the skiesJ
please I'm begging you I'm still on my knee lsK
-
now I'm left all alone once again with my liquorL
I feel blood is dripping from my heart scarsM
angrily I've burnt and cursed my heart and her picturesN
yet I can still see her in the starsM
