| You can no more judge with the eye of the mother in the bus | F |

| Nor trust the hoary head you see in that bus | F |

| Or the suckling innocence strapped to the succulent sap of her mother | G |

| You cannot judge by the fragility of the girl child | H |

| If your spirit is up you get victory | I |
| If your spirit is low you get trap | J |
| If you got a good X Factor you escape | K |

| In Lagos let you your spirit be up at the dusk of night | L |
| In Lagos let your inner man be up at the dawn of the morning | D |
