The Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB AACC DDCC

The Moon is like a big round cheeseA
That shines above the garden treesA
And like a cheese grows less each nightB
As though some one had had a biteB
-
The Mouse delights to nibble cheeseA
The Dog bites anything he seesA
But how could they bite off the MoonC
Unless they went in a balloonC
-
And Human People when they eatD
They think it rude to bite their meatD
They use a Knife or Fork or SpoonC
Who is it then that bites the moonC
