J. Pierpont Morgan Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDEFFGG

In Rome when Morgan came to townA
They nailed the Colosseum downA
A great Collector Once his FadB
Was Coins but when in time he hadB
Collected all the coin in sightC
To Europe's Art his thoughts took flightC
But let not Europe palpitateD
For fear of an Art SyndicateE
There are more Rembrandts strange to sayF
Than ever were in Rembrandt's dayF
And statues planted in the sandG
Will always equal the demandG
