Anticipation Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDD

When I grow up I mean to beA
A Lion large and fierce to seeA
I'll mew so loud that Cook in frightB
Will give me all the cream in sightB
And anyone who dares to sayC
Poor Puss to me will rue the dayC
Then having swallowed him I'll creepD
Into the Guest Room Bed to sleepD
