| I suppose we should not assuage our hunger for yonder | G |
| By unbuckling our belts till the next loom booms | I |
| Stripping us of strength again | E |

| So let all the heroes that wear local laurels not enter the cave of complacency | J |
| Let them look on to the Nobel prize | K |
| Slated for them before the walls of today | L |
| Let them take lessons from Nova | M |
