The blame is on me.
Oh, whoever is writing my story has ended
the chapter with a period.
It was a tough one, please do not blame yourself
as you were not the reason for my disappearance.
I have struggled through so much,
nobody has cared to help me
when I have emotionally asked for help.
Why did you stop?
-my parents who were seeking a therapist-
As for you, I have unlocked a new fear that
I am unable to accept and or receive help.

Poet's note: This poem was written on January 4th, it wasn't for anyone in particular. It's in my, the writer's perspective. I wanted to express the anger, and sadness I was at the moment, I feel as though words cannot value how much I was feeling. Writing is a special way I can let out some feelings in a way that I cannot to my people. To those who may feel as they relate to my poems, I'm listening and you're not alone.
