Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFEGHHIIJK| Not the seven wonders can heal the world | A |
| Nor the ancient balls to which wizards called | B |
| Nor modern science that entombs hid secrets | C |
| Nor can men s cutting edge minds bring such feats | D |
| Not the balm nor the love of religion | E |
| Nor new breakthroughs cut by learning s keen edge | F |
| Nor God s War to sack a godless region | E |
| Can serve the lost Grail to this sickly Age | G |
| For wars by kingdoms have had Peace buried | H |
| And her towers fallen under man s sworn greed | H |
| Yet more razed stones sealed where her burial hides | I |
| And there the world s lost elixir abides | I |
| But dig the depths to get the missing Peace | J |
| For with her lies the ages cup we miss | K |
