| Sounds hard in the minds of humans | B |
| Life challenges are not supposed to paralyze you | C |
| They're supposed to help you discover who you are | D |

| Being poor doesn't mean being unsuccessfully | E |
| But out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength | F |

| Thoughts and feelings are much like waves | G |
| We can't stop them from coming | H |
| But we can choose which one to surf | I |
| Most interesting you have power over your mind not outside events | J |

| The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow | K |
| For every challenge encountered there is opportunity for growth | L |

| Therefore never give up today is hard tomorrow will be worse | M |
| But the after tomorrow will be sunshine | N |
