Rhyme Scheme: A BCBC DEDF GHGH IJIK LMLM NONO PQPQ

He heapeth up riches and knoweth not who shall gather them PsalmA
-
-
O soul it is not thineB
But lent to thee in trustC
That thou may'st make God's glory shineB
Secured from moth and rustC
-
Thou can'st not take one miteD
Except as thou dost giveE
And waft it in the golden lightD
Where heaven's glories liveF
-
Go look for those in needG
The hungry and the coldH
Kind words and actions are the seedG
Which yield their fruits of goldH
-
Give to the heathen worldI
Knowledge of Christ our LordJ
Pray that his banner be unfurledI
Send forth his priceless wordK
-
He lived for us and diedL
And intercedes aboveM
His blood a sacrificial tideL
Redeems us by his loveM
-
Barbarian bond and freeN
The wise and the unwiseO
'Tis ours to give and theirs to seeN
Salvation's blood bought prizeO
-
We know not 'neath the skyP
Who'll gather of our storeQ
But if we lay it up on highP
'Tis ours forevermoreQ
