Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCBBC ACAAC ACAAC

For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God EphesiansA
-
-
Christ might have called the angels downB
To bear him safe aboveC
To shield his brow from sorrow's crownB
From death's cold blight and bitter frownB
Had it not been for loveC
-
Our glorious King our Prince of PeaceA
Has left his throne aboveC
To give our souls from sin releaseA
To make our pain and anguish ceaseA
And all because of loveC
-
By faith in him we all may seeA
In realms of light aboveC
Through streams of blood on CalvaryA
A joyful immortalityA
The purchase price was loveC
