Those children dressed in rugsA
That made them better than the richB
And their gray faces that lookedC
Like children of holy ghostsD
It was not a shock but a realityE
I sat opposite the stage of performanceF
In a school visitation dayG
Where hardworking parents were expectedH
Expectant of their children s performanceF
I was tempted to call it a living hellI
-
I am sorry for my eyesJ
This little girl came forwardK
A girl with little shy breastsL
And that skirt short likeM
The distance between eyesJ
Her limbs tall and slenderN
Like the fattest grass in Buluganya forestO
And like a pig burning with libidoP
For a man pigQ
All the house brought their attention closerN
-
She spread her arms forwardK
Pulled her brief skirtR
Above her dirty raw thighsJ
And then she twisted her wasp like waistS
Her legs begun colliding asT
She started stealing in her dancesU
That was but the beginningV
Of my wonder up to tomorrowP
-
The house was then full of fireN
Full of malodorous ordersW
Mixed with unbathed bodiesX
And the gods that women use for beautyE
And then she collided on the floor againY
Like a millipede running away from dangerN
She rapidly moved her buttocksZ
From bottom to top artfullyE
Like graduates in their last rehearsalsA2
-
The whole room was then lost in laughtersA2
All the attention only set on herN
All their eyes only pointing onto herN
All their faces were twistedH
To send her smiles of applauseA2
Their teeth were cemented outB2
To send their cheersA2
And all their heads noddingV
To give her companyE
-
She then turned to them her backC2
And lifted her buttocks againY
Rotated before themD2
Like a bee guarding its hiveE2
She then walked on her handsA2
While breaking and mending her backC2
In what they called break danceA2
She danced all dancesA2
The dances I had never seenF2
She danced all stylesA2
The styles I had never seenF2
That young girl is a mature womanG2
Spoilt by either her mother or fatherN
At such a tender ageH2
