Sing to me the sweet song of summerA
Call to my mind the youthful abandonB
that accompanied me thereC
-
The breeze softly swaying the trees toD
the melody of morning with the SunB
brightly inviting my senses to theE
miracles of Life so fairC
-
Let's go dancing in the meadows andF
sleep in the fields caress the dayG
with singing and laughter and fling toD
the soft night all our caresH
-
We can work magic you know with ourA
mind as a child's Regain consciousnessI
and begin anewD
-
Flush all fears away with salvation's tearsH
and smile forever like the morning dewD
-
At the close of day say a prayer begJ
forgiveness for being blind BeautyK
and glory forever amen thank you LordL
for this moment in timeM
-
However ages the flesh our Spirit livesN
on and through the eyes of this childO
a brand new day is about to dawnP
