I note the obvious differencesA
in the human familyB
Some of us are seriousC
some thrive on comedyB
-
Some declare their lives are livedD
as true profundityD
and others claim they really liveE
the real realityD
-
The variety of our skin tonesF
can confuse bemuse delightD
brown and pink and beige and purpleG
tan and blue and whiteD
-
I've sailed upon the seven seasH
and stopped in every landD
I've seen the wonders of the worldD
not yet one common manI
-
I know ten thousand womenJ
called Jane and Mary JaneK
but I've not seen any twoL
who really were the sameM
-
Mirror twins are differentD
although their features jibeN
and lovers think quite different thoughtsO
while lying side by sideD
-
We love and lose in ChinaP
we weep on England's moorsQ
and laugh and moan in GuineaD
and thrive on Spanish shoresR
-
We seek success in FinlandD
are born and die in MaineK
In minor ways we differS
in major we're the sameM
-
I note the obvious differencesA
between each sort and typeT
but we are more alike my friendsU
than we are unalikeV
-
We are more alike my friendsU
than we are unalikeV
-
We are more alike my friendsU
than we are unalikeV
