Aspetto Reale Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCADDA EFEGHG

That hour when thou and Grief were first acquaintedA
Thou wrotest Come for I have lookt on deathB
Piteous I held my indeterminate breathB
And sought thee out and saw how he had paintedC
Thine eyes with rings of black yet never faintedA
Thy radiant immortality underneathD
Such stress of dark but then as one that saithD
I know Love liveth sat on by death untaintedA
-
O to whom Grief too poignant was and dryE
To sow in thee a fountain crop of tearsF
O youth O pride set too remote and highE
For touch of solace that gives grace to menG
Thy life must be our death thy hopes our fearsH
We weep thou lookest strangely we know thee thenG
