Exile Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CBCB

I chose the place where I would restA
When death should come to claim meB
With the red rose roots to wrap my breastA
And a quiet stone to name meB
-
But I am laid on a northern steepC
With the roaring tides below meB
And only the frosts to bind my sleepC
And only the winds to know meB
