Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDBBD

Tainted with death Ah then the taint is sweetA
As if God took the essences of lifeB
And burned them in a brazier at his feetA
The smoke of them ascending rich and rifeB
To please his nostrils What if man be loathC
To your deep bosom and would have the SpringD
His bride forever He who made you bothC
Knoweth your beauty for as fair a thingD
Like that of one who long hath been a wifeB
And mothered men As piercing as a knifeB
And rich beyond all mortal imagingD
