The Quarrel Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AA BB CC DE FG CC HHH

Could I divine how her gray eyesA
Gat such cold haughtiness of skiesA
-
How some wood flower's shadow brownB
Dimmed her fair forehead's wrath a frownB
-
How rippled sunshine blown thro' airC
Tossed scorn her eloquence of hairC
-
How to a folded bud againD
She drew her blossomed lips' disdainE
-
Naught deigning save eyes' utteranceF
Star words which quicker reach the senseG
-
Then afterwards how melted thereC
The austere woman to one tearC
-
Then were I wise to know how grewH
This star stained miracle of blueH
How God makes wild flowers out of dewH
