Revealment Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABAAC DDEFFE GGHGGH

A sense of sadness in the golden airA
A pensiveness that has no part in careA
As if the Season by some woodland poolB
Braiding the early blossoms in her hairA
Seeing her loveliness reflected thereA
Had sighed to find herself so beautifulC
-
A breathlessness a feeling as of fearD
Holy and dim as of a mystery nearD
As if the World about us whispering wentE
With lifted finger and hand hollowed earF
Hearkening a music that we cannot hearF
Haunting the quickening earth and firmamentE
-
A prescience of the soul that has no nameG
Expectancy that is both wild and tameG
As if the Earth from out its azure ringH
Of heavens looked to see as white as flameG
As Perseus once to chained Andromeda cameG
The swift divine revealment of the SpringH
