Rhyme Scheme: ABABAB CDCDCD EFEFEF

With lips that were hoarse with a furyA
Of foam and of winds that are strewnB
Of storm and of turbulent hurryA
The ocean roared heralding soonB
A birth of miraculous gloryA
Of madness affection the moonB
-
And soon from her waist with a slippingC
And shudder and clinging of lightD
With a loos'ning and pushing and rippingC
Of the raven laced bodice of NightD
With a silence of feet and a drippingC
The goddess came virginal whiteD
-
And the air was alive with the twinkleE
And tumult of silver shod feetF
The hurling of stars and the sprinkleE
Of loose lawny limbs and a sweetF
Murmur and whisper and tinkleE
Of beam weaponed moon spirits fleetF
