Sonnet Viii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBA ACCA DEF DEF

I live I burn I drown and I dieA
I endure at once chill and coldB
Life is too hard and too soft to holdB
I am joyful and sad don't ask me whyA
-
Suddenly I laugh and at the same time cryA
And as I'm happy I must endure griefC
It lasts forever and goes like a thiefC
Suddenly I bloom and vanish into sighA
-
Thus I suffer Amors' inconstancyD
And when I think I am in great painE
Without thinking it is gone againF
-
Then when my joy is a certaintyD
And my longing for love is not in vainE
I am in pain all over once againF
