Miranda's Song Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCD EFGFHDHD

Ye elves when spangled starlight gleamsA
That flit beneath the rayB
Till morning darts her magic beamsA
And pale night hies awayB
Ye know where springs each flow'ret rareC
The sweetest seek for meD
I'll weave a chaplet rich and fairC
My father 'tis for theeD
-
The flow'rs the trees the birds appearE
To wait but on my callF
But he whose power has plac'd them hereG
Is dearer far than allF
My thoughts with tender pleasure restH
On each delight I seeD
But all the love that swells in my breastH
My father is for theeD
