Rhyme Scheme: AABBCC DDEEFF GHIJKB DDLMHHNO

Buildings breaking tearing apartA
Guns blazing scaring my heartA
Holding my family nearB
Making sure the children don't fearB
Don't want fear instilled in their mindsC
Fear and cowardice and all other kindsC
-
If I close my eyes I can see SudanD
The Sudan I knew Sudan was one big clanD
Now Sudan is piece by pieceE
All because we can't find peaceE
Sudan is no moreF
In its place is warF
-
RapeG
SuicideH
CrimesI
murderJ
Power shortagesK
And fearB
-
Bring back the SudanD
I know and love the old planD
Let's eradicate these demonsL
Let's right our wrongsM
Help doesn't need to come from outsideH
Help should be by from bedsideH
Help should be from withinN
So Sudan will be sereneO
