Barely Present These Days Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAACA DEAFGH IAAJKA LMGNAA

Crumbling through these stairsA
My wishes are perplexedB
by these indifferent flairsA
Laying in distressA
Wrong is right andC
right is wrong in these affairsA
-
Morally bluntD
Toddlers are vile and wildE
for lack in affectionate touchesA
Spiritually blindF
Narrow paths are a way of lifeG
but charisma for a season is a choice even nowH
-
Crumbling through this mudI
My vices are succumbing to these plightsA
March madnessA
Sorcery without discreetJ
Sailing in despairK
My docks are lured by their tauntsA
-
And so life weaves in this fashionL
Right is built on wrongM
Wrong is disguised as a way of lifeG
Systems of this worldN
pay homage to evil waysA
And they are loyal to craven imagesA
