It was more than a colonialistA
At the threshold of youthB
And less of a traditionalistA

It was a RayC
That fill every inch of my veinsD
And frisked my heartE
Like no man has ever hurtF

That touched me than theG
Glorious lamp s radiationsD
Hence my soul s transformationsD

It was more of loveH
And less of quack proveI
At the threshold of youthB
