As We Are So Wonderfully Done With Each Other Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABC DEFG HI GJ

As we are so wonderfully done with each otherA
We can walk into our separate sleepB
On floors of music where the milkwhite cloak of childhood liesC
-
O my lady my fairest dear my sweetest loveliest oneD
Your lips have splashed my dull house with the speech of flowersE
My hands are hallowed where they touched over yourF
soft curvingG
-
It is good to be weary from that brilliant workH
It is being God to feel your breathing under meI
-
A waterglass on the bureau fills with morningG
Don t let anyone in to wake usJ
