| and thus I start in the morning with a grateful mood | B |
| with strokes of colour soft and sweet pastel | C |
| I want to make a superb and pleasing aquarelle | C |

| The heart with a good intention adds a few red flowers | D |
| But oh what happens after only two or three hours | D |
| The greed of my ego causing here and there some torment | E |
| Splashing on the painting the hideous grey colour of cement | E |

| I hope and pray that when I look tonight | F |
| I ll have made the artwork look perfectly right | F |
| Perhaps looking like the most amazing flowery forest | G |
| Filled with acts of kindness love and zest | H |
| - | |
| Oh my Creator full of grace to you I pray | I |
| Guide me to make a masterpiece on the canvas of today | I |
| Free of all harshness and splashes of hard concrete | J |
| Just pleasure beauty harmony for the eye to meet | J |
