Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCEFFGHICJJKFJ| Oh Elise I've called your name for a thousand nights | A |
| the moon as bright as your sparkling eyes | B |

| suddenly feeling hazy | E |
| is this reality or some spelling feeling | F |
| awake or trapped in my own lucid dreaming | F |
| a subtle and soothing voice | G |
| creeping closer and closer | H |
| it's approach unbearable | I |
| Elise I shouted but no reply | C |
| slowly getting back to my senses | J |
| I then came to realise | J |
| I've fooled myself into thinking a beauty would come and relief my mind | K |
| but enough time wasting | F |
| it's truly time for me to open my eyes | J |
