The Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGA

I wasn't taught to love the moonA
I never read it in booksB
Yes the sun seem like home to meC
and the moon just an object that projected light on my tired roofD
I dare not lie I peeped at the moon once and I was curious to know why a woman was pounding on itE
Soon I realized it brought me comfort staring and aligning with the starsF
Look up for it's always a beautiful sight especially at its fullestG
Now I love the full moonA
