May Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD EFEF CGCG

Shyly the silver hatted mushrooms makeA
Soft entrance throughB
And undelivered lovers half awakeA
Hear noises in the dewB
-
Yellow in all the earth and in the skiesC
The world would seemD
Faint as a widow mourning with soft eyesC
And falling into dreamD
-
Up the long hill I see the slow plough leaveE
Furrows of brownF
Dim is the day and beautiful I grieveE
To see the sun go downF
-
But there are suns a many for mine eyesC
Day after dayG
Delightsome in grave greenery they riseC
Red oranges in MayG
