Sonnet X: Daughter To That Good Earl Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCCBDCCDEFGEFH

To the Lady Margaret LeyA
-
Daughter to that good Earl once PresidentB
Of England's Council and her TreasuryC
Who lived in both unstained with gold or feeC
And left them both more in himself contentB
Till sad the breaking of that ParliamentD
Broke him as that dishonest victoryC
At Chaeronea fatal to libertyC
Killed with report that old man eloquentD
Though later born than to have known the daysE
Wherein your father flourished yet by youF
Madam methinks I see him living yetG
So well your words his noble virtues praiseE
That all both judge you to relate them trueF
And to possess them honoured MargaretH
