Sonnet 16 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCCBDCCCCCCCCC

XVIA
-
When I consider how my light is spentB
E're half my days in this dark world and wideC
And that one Talent which is death to hideC
Lodg'd with me useless though my Soul more bentB
To serve therewith my Maker and presentD
My true account least he returning chideC
Doth God exact day labour light deny'dC
I fondly ask But patience to preventC
That murmur soon replies God doth not needC
Either man's work or his own gifts who bestC
Bear his milde yoak they serve him best his StateC
Is Kingly Thousands at his bidding speedC
And post o're Land and Ocean without restC
They also serve who only stand and waiteC
