Thy gracious ear O Lord enclineA
O hear me I thee prayB
For I am poor and almost pineA
With need and sad decayB
Preserve my soul for I have trod Heb I am good lovingC
Thy waies and love the just a doer of good andD
Save thou thy servant O my God holy thingsE
Who still in thee doth trustF
Pity me Lord for daily theeG
I call O make rejoyceE
Thy Servants Soul for Lord to theeG
I lift my soul and voiceE
For thou art good thou Lord art proneA
To pardon thou to allH
Art full of mercy thou aloneA
To them that on thee callH
Unto my supplication LordI
Give ear and to the crieB
Of my incessant praiers affordI
Thy hearing graciouslyG
I in the day of my distressE
Will call on thee for aidJ
For thou wilt grant me free accessE
And answer what I pray'dJ
Like thee among the gods is noneA
O Lord nor any worksE
Of all that other Gods have doneA
Like to thy glorious worksE
The Nations all whom thou hast madeJ
Shall come and all shall frameK
To bow them low before thee LordI
And glorifie thy nameK
For great thou art and wonders greatL
By thy strong hand are doneA
Thou in thy everlasting SeatM
Remainest God aloneA
Teach me O Lord thy way most rightN
I in thy truth will hideO
To fear thy name my heart uniteN
So shall it never slideO
Thee will I praise O Lord my GodP
Thee honour and adoreB
With my whole heart and blaze abroadQ
Thy name for ever moreB
For great thy mercy is toward meG
And thou hast free'd my SoulR
Eev'n from the lowest Hell set freeG
From deepest darkness foulS
O God the proud against me riseE
And violent men are metT
To seek my life and in their eyesE
No fear of thee have setT
But thou Lord art the God most mildU
Readiest thy grace to shewV
Slow to be angry and art stil'dU
Most mercifull most trueV
O turn to me thy face at lengthW
And me have mercy onA
Unto thy servant give thy strengthW
And save thy hand maids SonA
Some sign of good to me affordU
And let my foes then seeG
And be asham'd because thou LordU
Do'st help and comfort meG
