On Fame Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDEDFDFDGG

Fame like a wayward girl will still be coyA
To those who woo her with too slavish kneesB
But makes surrender to some thoughtless boyA
And dotes the more upon a heart at easeB
She is a Gypsy will not speak to thoseC
Who have not learnt to be content without herD
A Jilt whose ear was never whispered closeE
Who thinks they scandal her who talk about herD
A very Gypsy is she Nilus bornF
Sister in law to jealous PotipharD
Ye love sick Bards repay her scorn for scornF
Ye Artists lovelorn madmen that ye areD
Makeyour best bow to her and bid adieuG
Then if she likes it she will follow youG
