To A Lady Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEFGGHIJJKKLL

When I some antique Jar beholdA
Or white or blue or speck'd with goldA
Vessels so pure and so refin'dB
Appear the types of woman kindB
Are they not valu'd for their beautyC
Too fair too fine for household dutyC
With flowers and gold and azure dy'dD
Of ev'ry house the grace and prideD
How white how polish'd is their skinE
And valu'd most when only seenF
She who before was highest priz'dG
Is for a crack or flaw despis'dG
I grant they're frail yet they're so rareH
The treasure cannot cost too dearI
But Man is made of coarser stuffJ
And serves convenience well enoughJ
He's a strong earthen vessel madeK
For drudging labour toil and tradeK
And when wives lose their other selfL
With ease they bear the loss of DelfL
