November Skies Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEFGHHIJJKHCI| Than these November skies | A |
| Is no sky lovelier The clouds are deep | B |
| Into their gray the subtle spies | A |
| Of colour creep | B |
| Changing that high austerity to delight | C |
| Till even the leaden interfolds are bright | C |
| And where the cloud breaks faint far azure peers | D |
| Ere a thin flushing cloud again | E |
| Shuts up that loveliness or shares | F |
| The huge great clouds move slowly gently as | G |
| Reluctant the quick sun should shine in vain | H |
| Holding in bright caprice their rain | H |
| And when of colours none | I |
| Not rose nor amber nor the scarce late green | J |
| Is truly seen | J |
| In all the myriad gray | K |
| In silver height and dusky deep remain | H |
| The loveliest | C |
| Faint purple flushes of the unvanquished sun | I |
