Love's Fashion Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB CDED FGHI AJCJ

Oh I can jest with MargaretA
And laugh a gay good nightB
But when I take my Helen's handC
I dare not clasp it tightB
-
I dare not hold her dear white handC
More than a quivering spaceD
And I should bless a breeze that blewE
Her hair into my faceD
-
'T is Margaret I call sweet namesF
Helen is too too dearG
For me to stammer little wordsH
Of love into her earI
-
So now good night fair MargaretA
And kiss me e'er we partJ
But one dumb touch of Helen's handC
And oh my heart my heartJ
