Rhyme Scheme: A BCBCDD EFEFDD GHGHII JKJKDD

I have loved thee with an everlasting loveA
-
Dear is the lost wife to a lone man's heartB
When in a dream he meets her at his doorC
And waked for joy doth know she dwells apartB
All unresponsive on a silent shoreC
Dearer yea more desired art thou for theeD
My divine heart yearns by the jasper seaD
-
More than the mother's for her sucking childE
She wants with emptied arms and love untoldF
Her most dear little one that on her smiledE
And went but more I want Mine own BeholdF
I long for My redeem'd where safe with MeD
Twelve manner of fruits grow on th' immortal treeD
-
The tree of life that I won back for menG
And planted in the city of My GodH
Lift up thy head I love thee wherefore thenG
Liest thou so long on thy memorial sodH
Sleeping for sorrow Rise for dawn doth breakI
I love thee and I cry to thee AwakeI
-
Serve woman whom I love ere noon be highJ
Ere the long shadow lengthen at thy feetK
Work I have many poor O man that cryJ
My little ones do languish in the streetK
Love 'tis a time for love since I love theeD
Live 'tis a time to live Man live in MeD
