| I knew she had passed away | B |
| For old aged it is the final way | B |
| A month later I visited her room | C |
| It was a picture of gloom | C |
| Her walking stick and foot wear at the door | D |
| Her spectacles fallen on the floor | D |
| Wrapped in a bundle her clothes she wore | D |
| Her empty bed filled sorrow to the core | D |
| In solitude I relive those moments of pain | E |
| Trying to hold my tears but in vain | E |
