Inis Fë¡l Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCDEFGFG

Now may we turn aside and dry our tearsA
And comfort us and lay aside our fearsB
For all is gone all comely qualityC
All gentleness and hospitalityC
All courtesy and merriment is goneD
Our virtues all are withered every oneE
Our music vanished and our skill to singF
Now may we quiet us and quit our moanG
Nothing is whole that could be broke no thingF
Remains to us of all that was our ownG
