Perdita Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE AGHGIJKJ ALMLNOPO AQRQSTAT AUKUVWKW

The sea coast of BohemiaA
Is pleasant to the viewB
When singing larks spring from the grassC
To fade into the blueB
And all the hawthorn hedges breakD
In wreaths of purest snowE
And yellow daffodils are outF
And roses half in blowE
-
The sea coast of BohemiaA
Is sad as sad can beG
The prince has ta'en our flower of maidsH
Across the violet seaG
Our Perdita has gone with himI
No more we dance the roundJ
Upon the green in joyous playK
Or wake the tabor's soundJ
-
The sea coast of BohemiaA
Has many wonders seenL
The shepherd lass wed with a kingM
The shepherd with a queenL
But such a wonder as my loveN
Was never seen beforeO
It is my joy and sorrow nowP
To love her evermoreO
-
The sea coast of BohemiaA
Is haunted by a lightQ
Of memory fair of lady's eyesR
And fame of gallant knightQ
The princes seek its charm d strandS
But ah it was our knellT
When o'er the sea our PerditaA
Went with young FlorizelT
-
The sea coast of BohemiaA
Is not my resting placeU
For with her waned from out the dayK
A beauty and a graceU
O had I kissed her on the lipsV
I would no longer weepW
But live by that until the dayK
I fall to shade and sleepW
